Dieta Information

​

 

It is with great pleasure and excitement that we are welcoming you for a weekend of healing work with the plants of the Amazon. This ceremonial weekend is about growing ourselves and our compassion for all life; to bear witness to life’s creation, in its deepest unfolding, in its fullness, in its truth, and to learn to establish a steady flow within the reality of all that is available to you.

 

The main event is our hearts, and the way upon which we find the alignment and flow within the reciprocity of love in life. Everything is bound together by this love.

Soon we will be embarking on a journey together. Please read below to prepare yourself thoroughly for the full healing experience.

 

DIETA: The Preparatory Diet is one of the most important things to commit to, as an act of discipline and purification and devotion to the spirit of the medicine. Your inner cleanliness will help you absorb the medicine, as well as leave you feeling more detoxed.

At least 7 days before (preferably two weeks) and 3-5 days after the Retreat (or longer), please eat light and clean food.

 

Avoid the following completely:

​

  • Alcohol or other drugs (Cannabis included)

  • Dairy

  • Sugars -  fruit is ok 

  • Red meat, and especially NO pork

  • Shellfish

  • Over-ripe fruit (i.e. bananas, avocados, etc.) due to the excess of tyramines

  • Fried foods and excess oil in general

  • Caffeine (decaf is fine)

  • Sex (yes - really) Includes masturbation.

  • Limit the intake of salt, it’s best to have no salt for at least 2-3 days prior.

  • Bread should preferably be gluten free and in small amount.

  • Chicken & Eggs are ok to eat.

 

This is all suggested to facilitate the best experience for you. The best prep for your body to integrate into the process.
